What master-of-ceremonies services do you offer?
Ask whether the host is part of the band’s or the DJ’s package or has to be booked separately. Clarify who announces the couple’s entrance, the cake and the other key moments, and who keeps in touch with the band, the DJ and the other suppliers through the evening.
What does the photo booth include?
Ask how many hours the booth is available, whether props and an operator are included, how many photographs guests can take and whether they get the digital files too. If you want a guest album, ask whether that is included and how much space the booth needs.
What does the photo mirror include?
Ask whether the props, the printed photographs, the digital files and an operator are included, and how long the mirror stays at the wedding. Clarify how much space it needs, where it has to stand and where it draws power from.
What kind of fireworks can be used at our venue?
Ask what is permitted at the venue you have chosen and who handles the approvals and the conversation with the venue. If conventional fireworks are not allowed, ask what the alternatives are — cold fireworks or other effects — and what happens if the weather rules out an outdoor moment.
What does transport for the couple include?
Give the full route from the start — the civil ceremony, the church, the photo session and the restaurant — and ask whether the driver waits between stops. Clarify whether the price is worked out by the hour or by the route, how many hours are included, and whether decorating the car is available separately.
What other wedding services do you offer?
If you also need printed invitations, a mobile bar, entertainers for the children, transport for guests or anything else, ask the supplier what they can provide directly and what has to be booked separately. Ask for a quote with each service listed on its own line, so you can see what is included and what gets added later.
